In the light of recent events I want to inform the visitors of the "Zeibig's Boxer" about genetic caused kidney diseases. Unfortunately our Donnathella vom Engelshof got diagnosted PNP, as well as at least two sisters of her (already died). This illnes is geneticaly caused and deadly. There is already a genetic test developed to identify the carriers of JRD. Following publication shows the danger and also possibilities of a solution for this problem: publication about JRD, genetic test and use of the test for breeding here you can order the test for your Boxer: order the genetic test At least for potentiell buyers of a boxer puppy: let you show the test result of both parents, this way you will make the breeders taking care for the problem.
